Mainhouse

by City Ventures Residences in Encinitas, CA

On a stretch of coast in North San Diego County is the city of Encinitas, a vibrant beach town that is home to a new, limited collection of 11 compound estates. On private, sprawling homesites up to one-acre, MAINHOUSE offers a rare opportunity -- the chance to build Optional Structures onto the property. It is here where the classic concept of compound living has been modernized by a newly designed Main House accented with a separate guest house, outdoor living spaces and other endless possibilities.
