$283,900 to $283,900
Think of the leafy greenway that is Wilmington’s Bancroft Parkway; picture the natural beauty and neighborhood enclaves of Avondale’s Somerset Lake; visualize the vibrancy and scale of Newark’s Main Street. Bayberry, a community of new homes in New Castle County, will be all these things and more. Bayberry is all about quality of life - in every aspect of its thoughtful, environmentally-sound design. Green, tree-lined boulevards, acres and acres of parkland, retail and recreational amenities, and a variety of beautiful, historically-inspire, energy-efficient home designs will create a setting and a lifestyle unlike anything else.
