One of the premier locations to live on the North Shore, Ipswich Country Club provides maintenance-free living in a guard-gated, 350 acre country club community. C.P. Berry Construction Company is proud to have built most of the 230 homes at Ipswich Country Club. In addition to championship golf, members enjoy: two restaurants, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, a junior olympic-size pool and a fitness center with sauna and exercise equipment.
