Hill Brook

by Craig Builders in Charlottesville, VA

$449,900 to $700,000

Hill Brook is located off Old Brook Rd in between Carrsbook, Rain Tree, Northfileds, Still Meadow and Rio Road. The design for Hill Brook consists of 6 quarter acre homesites with one central cul-de-sac located within an established community. Each homesite shares access to a 0.63 acre open space. The architecturally diverse exterior of the homes were designed in a Craftsman theme. Special attention was taken to create a unique mix of exterior products such as stone from Charles Luck, board and batten elements, shake siding, blue stone walkways as well as the Craig Builders signature custom made mahogany front door. Development is currently underway and pre-sale opportunities are still available. Currently, 4 homesites remain with 2 of them being well suited for a home built on a walkout basement.
