Twin Brooks is Landed Gentry's latest community designed for those ages 55 and better. Unique from Landed Gentry’s previous Active Adult Communities, the homesites at Twin Brooks are spacious – some nearly ¼ acre in size. Many border wooded buffers and stream corridors for a truly Pacific Northwest feel. We have developed several spacious home plans ranging in size from 1,682 to over 3,200 square feet.
